ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The Board of Directors of Meadowwood Park Ranch Estates, Inc. Property Owners Association invites all Members to attend the Annual Meeting.

Date: Sunday, January 11, 2026

Time: 3:00 PM (Doors open at 2:00 PM)

Location: Fairfield Inn & Suites | 351 Market Center Drive, Terrell, TX 76160

Agenda highlights include:

• Election of the Board of Directors
• Association updates and reports
• Other member business

Before the meeting:

• Lunch will be provided at 2:30 PM, in place of the rained-out Community Day in October.

Following the meeting:

• A friendly game of bingo will be played immediately after the meeting concludes.
• A 1-Year Complimentary Dues Raffle* will be held for attending property owners (one entry per property). *The meeting must reach a quorum of 20% of property owners for the raffle to occur, requiring attendance by a minimum of 33 separate property owners.
