ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The Board of Directors of Meadowwood Park Ranch Estates, Inc. Property Owners Association invites all Members to attend the upcoming Annual Meeting of Members.

Date: Sunday, January 11, 2026

Time: 3:00 PM (Doors open at 2:00 PM)

Location: Fairfield Inn & Suites | 351 Market Center Drive, Terrell, TX 75160

Agenda Highlights Include:

• Election of the Board of Directors
• Association updates and reports
• Other member business

Before the Meeting:

• Lunch will be provided at 2:30 PM, in place of the rained-out Community Day in October.

Following the Meeting:

• A friendly game of bingo will be played immediately after the meeting concludes.
• A 1-Year Complimentary Dues Raffle* will be held for attending property owners (one entry per property). *The meeting must reach a quorum of 20% of property owners for the raffle to occur, requiring attendance by a minimum of 33 separate property owners.

This meeting date was established during the previous Regular Meeting of Directors and published in the approved meeting minutes. Please Note: Immediately following adjournment of the Regular Meeting of Directors, the Association will convene an informational Special Meeting of Members regarding the Association's research into the legal status of the internal roads. Purpose of the Meeting:

• Presentation of the Association's Research Regarding the Legal Status of the MPRE Internal Roads
• Membership Questions, Comments, and Feedback Regarded the Presentation

This Special Meeting of Members is separate and distinct from the Regular Meeting of Directors scheduled earlier that evening and will convene only upon adjournment of the Regular Meeting of Directors.

No business other than the purpose(s) stated above may be conducted at this meeting.

No membership vote or other Member action is scheduled or anticipated during this meeting.
